Overview

At HURDUL™, we stand behind every product we deliver. If something is not right, we will work to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition,
  • have tags attached,
  • be returned in the original packaging, and
  • include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@hurdul.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at support@hurdul.com. Please include photos and your order number so we can review the issue and correct it promptly.

If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item, we will provide return instructions at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • custom or personalized items,
  • gift cards, and
  • products marked or designated as final sale.

Customers cannot request returns for products set as final sale. While HURDUL™ does not currently list any final sale items, we may designate certain products as final sale in the future.

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The fastest option is to place a new order and return the original item, subject to this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact us at support@hurdul.com.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the fulfillment partner’s return facility. Please contact us at support@hurdul.com for the correct return address before shipping.
