Welcome to HURDUL™. Every order is processed with precision and care to support premium quality and dependable delivery. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your gear directly to your door.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
During peak periods, product launches, or new drops, processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volume.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service. Shipping speed estimates apply after your order has been fulfilled.
Economy Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days after fulfillment.
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days after fulfillment.
Some items may ship separately, so orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Fulfillment
HURDUL™ products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners, primarily from U.S. facilities. This approach helps maintain quality, support consistent fulfillment, and reduce unnecessary waste.
Shipping Issues or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
- Verify that the shipping address in your order confirmation is correct.

Please note that HURDUL™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we are unable to make address changes.
